June 1995: IFCO/Pastors for Peace 5th Friendshipment Caravan to Cuba

In 1995, for the 5th Friendshipment Caravan to Cuba, the Seattle/Cuba Friendship Committee publicized the Caravan and collected donated bicycles, school supplies and medical supplies.

* We also bought a 1966 Crown 79-passenger schoolbus, which we painted, filled with donated supplies, and sent to Cuba to be used as public transportation.

* We held a Send-off event at Seattle's University Baptist Church.
